Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, within 30 calendar days you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping cost and any other additional fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. We recommend you return merchandise by one of the following methods: USPS Priority mail or Fedex, UPS or DHL since these methods provide you with tracking capabilities.
Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact GalaBrands.com/WestMarket Customer Support Department at (888) 487-1200 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) during our business hours, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST (Standard Eastern Time). Due to health concerns, we will not accept any return package that does not have an RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please have your invoice available when calling. Merchandise must be shipped back to GalaBrands.com/WestMarket fright prepaid (COD will be refused) in their original packaging or other suitable box. Please, include a copy of your original invoice and a description of the problem or reason for return. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Important notes about your returns:
All returns must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.
All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging with tags attached.
Please note we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred as a result of misuse, defective or incompatible products.
When exchanging your merchandise we will cover the cost to ship the new item(s) to you. We do this to offset the cost you incurred shipping the item back to us. The new item(s) will be shipped at no cost to you via Ground service only. We reserve the right to revoke this policy on a case by case basis in the event we decide a customer is abusing it. If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund will be issued matching your original payment method.
Backordered items will ship as they become available, typically in 10 to 15 business days. If a backordered item cannot be shipped to your satisfaction, you may submit a cancel request for that item.
These return policies represent the entire policies and all prior policies are hereby revoked. Our failure to exercise any rights under these policies shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
