GalaBrands.com offers both Standard and Expedited Shipping Services (One-Day and Two-Day Shipping). We currently ship within Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories only. We ship to residential and commercial addresses, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and AEO, but Expedited Shipping Services are available for residential and commercial addresses only. We do not ship overseas.
Delivery Time
Once the items you order are in stock, we will package and ship them to you. Delivery time varies based on the Shipping Method you choose. Here's the equation we use to calculate delivery time:
(Order Processing Time) plus (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

Order Processing Time

Please note that our shipping times are based on "business days". Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), not including holidays or weekends.
Weather and Service Delays
Severe weather may cause delivery delays in some areas. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay, please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

For example, if your order consists of 3 items and you choose Two-Day Shipping your shipping cost will be calculated as following:
$6.99 (per shipment charge)
+
$1.99 (per item charge) * 3 (number of items in your order)
= $12.96 (Total Shipping Charge)
If your order consists of 8 items and you choose Two-Day Shipping your shipping cost will be calculated as following: Maximum Total Per Shipment Charge = $14.95
For your convenience you can view your actual order total shipping cost for every available shipping method during checkout. It allows you to choose the shipping method that best fits your needs.
Shipping Limitations
Prices shown above are not valid for oversized packages. Such packages will be shipped via Standard Shipping method with additional $25 per shipment charge. We also reserve the right to ship any packages over 10lb in weight by Standard Shipping method.
Undeliverable Orders
If your package is returned back to Westmarket, LLC due to the following reasons:
1. Refused by Recipient
2. Unclaimed
3. Invalid Address
4. Addressee Not Known
5. Insufficient Address
the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Please note: shipping charges and processing fees such as express service and insurance are non-refundable.
